- 5 + years of Business Analysis experience

- Excellant documentation skills using Word, PPT, VISIO etc

- Should have good experience in ERP and CRM implementations. Coordinate requirements gathering, planning, design, implementation and validation with users

- Attention to detail and capture requirements in large meetings and document them clearly for signoffs  

- Strong phone and email communication skills. Should be able to communicate with customers in USA, Australia, Singapore etc

- Analyse current business processes and define new processes to improve our customer’s operating efficiency. Writing usecases, GUI mockups, 

- Ability to reserach, validate and write product requirements for  new apps. Ability to explain the requirements clearly to developers 

- Develops training materials and hands-on training for all functional areas. Provides insight into ERP, CRM data to staff, managers, and executives.

- Should be a strong team player, ability to deliver on time with quality. Can-do attitude that is persuasive, motivating and encouraging to those around her/him

- Conduct project reviews, confirm the delivery of requirements as per client needs and get signoffs 

- Participate in all phases of business cases with our customers (business needs analysis, project scope definition. cost/benefits analysis, risk assessment…)

- Requires lot of travel to USA, UK, Australia, Singapore

PROJECT MANAGERS

- 8 + years of real and hard core project management experience

- Project planning, resource mgmt, updating project status, handling  change requests etc

- Excellant documentation skills using Word, PPT, VISIO etc.  Communicate project updates to all stakeholders on  daily/weekly/monthly basis

- Should have good experience in ERP and CRM implementations. Ability to handle large teams over 20 - 30 memebers.

- Attention to detail and ability to capture requirements  in large meetings

- Participate in all phases of business cases with our customers (business needs analysis, project scope definition. cost/benefits analysis, risk assessment…)

- Earn trusted client status and build relationships that extend beyond the project’s lifecycle

- Effectively manage scope, risks, change, negotiate, communicate and remove project roadblocks

- Create and manage project schedules, organize activities, determine the sequence of execution, identify dependencies and resources

- Work with team members to identify initial estimates and compute resources required for project delivery

- 4 to 5+ years of NetSuite ERP & CRM implementation experience

- Should be very strong with all NetSuite sections including Financials (AP,AR,GL), Procure to Pay, Inventory (Demand Planning, multi-location  management), Order to Cash, CRM/SFA, Marketing etc

- 5 + years of NetSuite ERP & CRM implementation experience

- Excellant documentation skills using Word, PPT, VISIO etc

- Should have good experience in ERP and CRM implementations

- Attention to detail and ability to capture handle large meetings

- Strong phone and email communication skills

- Writing usecases, GUI mockups,

- End to end NetSuite process knowledge to guide customers.

NETSUITE DEVELOPER

- 3 to 5 years of NetSuite suitescipting and development experience

- Proven experience in writing user events, client, schedule scripts and  complex suitelets. Develop custom code using Suite Scripts to meet  user requirements

- Should have good understanding of NetSuite ERP and CRM features

- Expert proficiency with office productivity tools such as PowerPoint,  Visio, Word, Excel and Outlook

- Strong phone and email communication skills

- Strong experience in NetSuite Suite Bundler, NetSuite Suite Flow  Customization, and building new custom objects Experience and  NetSuite Administration

- Good understanding of Bootstrap, HTML5 and CSS3 would be plus

- Should be experienced in integrating NetSuite with third party solutions

- NetSuite certified developer would be a plus. Experience in  SuiteCommerce, SiteBuilder would be a plus

- Should have experience in writing scripted reports, HTML/XML PDFs, Print Layouts etc

WEB DEVELOPERS - HTML5, BOOTSTRAP, JQUERY

- 5+ Year of experience in building complex web applications and very    very strong hold on java scripting, logical reasoning, jQuery and HTML.

- Highly skilled at front-end engineering using Object-Oriented  JavaScript, various JavaScript libraries and micro frameworks (jQuery,  Angular, Backbone etc.), HTML5 and CSS.

- Should have the ability to build crazy interactions with intuitive and  innovative User Interface.

- Strong understanding of JavaScript, its quirks, and workarounds

- Strong understanding of web markup, including HTML5 and CSS3

- Good understanding of asynchronous request handling, partial page  updates, and AJAX Proficient understanding of cross-browser  compatibility issues and ways to work around such issues

- Experience with responsive designs using frameworks like Bootstrap  You’ll should be a natural problem solver and be able to come up with  your own solutions for a given requirement of a project.

CUSTOMER SERVICE/HELP DESK

- Resolves customer concerns raised on product application or  compatibility matters.

- Interpersonal skills and technical product knowledge and expertise  are critical to responding to daily customer-centric activities.

- Troubleshoots problems with malfunctioning software applications  and recommends corrective action.

- Performs highly complex troubleshooting and analysis. Documents  customer information and recurring technical issues to support  product quality programs and product development.

- Handles inquiries and problems involving major product area  expertise and 2 or more minor product areas. Performs complex  troubleshooting and analysis.

- Identifies software defects and root cause using available debugging  tools and reports them to Quality Assurance/Development for  confirmation and fixing.

- Identifies alternative solution to defects. Authors solutions /  knowledge-based articles within area of expertise. Documents case  through formalized written communication

- Very strong phone and email communication skills. Should be able to  handle customers and have experience in understanding user accent  from Australia, China, USA, Singapore etc
